Where We Ship?
We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services, and hotels. U.S. and International shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipping Providers:
Our current provider is Canada Post and its “free of charge to you only in Canada ” and it takes 3-7 days to arrive, if want to upgrade to Express with UPS or FedEx it be additional fees according to your postal code or zip code.

Regular Order Processing:
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, subject to peak holiday periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log into your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
Shipping Options:
Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment using your Shipping Confirmation or Shipment Notification emails. When shipping within Canada, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your specified delivery location.
Shipping fees paid are non-refundable in the case of a product return:
Shipping time is estimated from when you receive your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary based on destination address.
How do I modify my order?
You may modify an order up until 12:00 PM (EST). A purchase placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will have up until 12:00 PM (EST) the following business day to modify the order. We will be unable to adjust the order after this point. Should you wish to modify an order, contact us directly via the link provided.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, sign in to your account and click on ORDER HISTORY to see your complete list of orders. Click on your most recent order to view its details. You will find your order tracking number under the TRACK PACKAGE(S) heading. Select the tracking number to open the carrier’s website and view the status of your package. If you did not create an account, you can also find the carrier’s tracking number of your order in your Shipping Confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order up until 12:00 PM (EST). A purchase placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will have up until 12:00 PM (EST) the following business day to cancel the order. We will be unable to prevent shipment after this point. Should you wish to cancel an order, contact us directly support@zebrainnovationproducts.com.
Return the package:
If the item is in your possession, you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and this will generate a prepaid Canada Post label.
Funds will be returned to the original form of payment for any cancelled orders.
